Rob Feguer is the Director of the Bureau of Health Coverage Access, Administration, and Appeals (HCA3) in the Pennsylvania Insurance Department (PID). He has been with the PID since 2021 and has overseen the return of the Medicaid/CHIP external review process to the Insurance Department after the COVID 19 public health emergency and the implementation of Pennsylvania’s independent external review process for commercial adverse benefit determinations in 2024. Outside of work, Rob enjoys watching his daughter play soccer and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Dr. Shawn Griffin is the first physician to serve as President & CEO for URAC – an independent, nonprofit accreditation organization based in Washington, D.C. URAC’s mission is to advance health care quality through leadership, accreditation, measurement and innovation. Dr. Griffin is recognized as a subject matter expert on population health, quality improvement, network development, clinical integration, ACO’s, incentive design, physician leadership development, and physician alignment. He has been a featured presenter for the National Quality Forum, HIMSS, the American Medical Group Association, AMDIS, CHIME and the American Medical Association. He was named by KLAS as a “population health all-star” and was a key developer of KLAS Population Health Framework for evaluating software and program capabilities and served on the KLAS Advisory Board. |

Eric Hatfield is counsel for Dane Street, LLC, a medical review company. He serves as Dane Street’s Vice President of Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs. He is in charge of compliance, accreditation, and privacy matters, contract development, legal research, and the general legal affairs of the company. Mr. Hatfield joined Dane Street in 2021, shortly after graduating from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Also in 2021, soon after joining Dane Street, Mr. Hatfield was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar. He has been in his current role with the company since his admission to the bar.

Douglas Lurie is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty certification in sports medicine. Doug was a Phi Beta Kappa Business Management graduate from Birmingham Southern College and an AOA graduate of the University of South Alabama medical school. Doug has extensive experience in private practice as a treating physician in Louisiana treating injured workers and has done thousands of independent medical examinations and second medical opinions. Doug has extensive experience in utilization review dating back to the implementation of the Louisiana Workers Compensation Guidelines in 2012. Doug has served as the national medical director of Propeer Resources, a URAC certified IRO, since 2014 and Nexus Enterprises, a URAC certified WCUM, since 2017. In his role as medical director, Doug is an active member of the quality management committee and credentialing committee for both Nexus and Propeer. Doug’s role also involves oversight of the clinical review criteria for Nexus and Propeer. Doug has also performed quality analysis of thousands of medical reviews since 2014. |

Inspector General Cheryl Mason guides a staff of more than 1,000 investigators, inspectors, auditors, healthcare professionals, data analysts, attorneys, and other personnel across the nation with a broad range of expertise. Her staff collaborate to carry out the OIG’s mission of conducting impactful independent oversight of VA and serving veterans and their families. Her office sets the direction for investigations to prevent and detect fraud and other criminal activity, waste, abuse, and gross mismanagement. She also advances efforts that promote efficiency, accountability, and effectiveness in VA programs and operations. |

Marlene McDermott LMFT, PhD is a behavioral health expert with over 25 years of experience. She works for Array Behavioral Care, the nations leading Psychiatry and Therapy program as the Vice-President of Quality and Therapy Services and is on the Board of Trustees for HQSI, a premier healthcare quality and business solutions provider, providing medical review and healthcare quality improvement services for almost 50 years. Marlene believes a quality clinician assesses each patient with evidence-based tools for safety and makes collaborative goals to drive excellent treatment. |

Madhu Reddiboina is the Founder and CEO of RediMinds, Inc., an AI engineering firm, which collaborates with and serves various industries, including Healthcare, MedTech, and Financial Services. Mr. Reddiboina is an active AI researcher, speaker, and an author of many scientific publications and NSF SBIR/STTR grantee. He has patents pending on applications of image processing, computer vision and 3D reconstruction technologies. His academic background includes an MS in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering. |

Ms. Rose Reich is a Clinical Accreditation Reviewer at URAC, an independent, not for profit national accreditation organization. Her health care career includes 22 years in managed care in the areas of Clinical Training, Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Disease Management (DM), Health Network (HN), and Quality Management. Prior to joining URAC in 2021, she served as Manager, Quality Accreditations, Clinical Training at Health Net Federal Services where she successfully supported the organizations regulatory and contractual requirements. Ms. Reich obtained her nursing degree in Ontario, Canada. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and genealogy.

David N. Vozza, Esq. devotes his practice to the areas of health care and litigation. His practice focuses on defending health care professionals in disciplinary and regulatory actions before federal and state agencies, private and government payor audits, civil and criminal fraud investigations, hospital and privileges disputes, and general health care litigation in both the federal and state courts. David regularly defends health care professionals before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the Office of Professional Discipline. He also frequently lectures on issues of fraud and abuse, healthcare regulatory compliance and professional licensure. David was selected to serve as General Counsel to the Medical Society of the State of New York as well as the respective medical societies for the counties of Queens, Kings, Richmond, Onondaga, Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, Chenango, Oswego, and Cayuga.
