NAIRO Annual Conference Call for Speakers
NAIRO is excited to announce that we are seeking presentation proposals for our 2027 Annual Conference to be held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas on March 23-25, 2027. NAIRO is seeking speakers that can address a wide range of topics. The presentation should be educational in nature and not include promotional materials for a particular product/vendor. About the 2027 NAIRO Annual Conference Each year, NAIRO and its member companies stage an Annual Conference discussing the latest developments and trends impacting independent medical review. The goal of the Conference is to deliver in-depth educational content, along with providing networking opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with other experts throughout the country. About the Audience The NAIRO Annual Conference attracts Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Medical Directors, Compliance and Security Officers, and more. The NAIRO members are located throughout the country and represent many different facets of independent medical review. Presentation Format Presentations will be scheduled in 50-minute blocks. Each block will include time for Q&A so please plan to leave at least 10 minutes of your presentation block free to answer questions. Standard A/V equipment (podium, microphone, projector, and screen) will be available. Speaker Logistics If you are selected to speak at the Conference, NAIRO will waive your attendance fee. We regret that we are not able to cover the cost of travel but will cover the cost of lodging for all speakers for one night (meals are covered). By not covering travel costs for our speakers, we are able to keep ticket prices low and make the conference accessible to the larges number of participants possible.
